Bowling Centre! - Friday Part 1

From the Forum we have walked to the Riverside, which is another beautiful sight of Norwich.

Whaaaaat? Playing bowls in the morning???? Yes! And it's been great and exciting! We have played in groups. But, before, as we have had to wait for 30 minutes, we have relaxed in a café near the bowling centre.

And here we are! Look at them! The Bowling centre is called Hollywood, and it's very big, with 26 lanes!

And our students 'trying' to throw the balls...

Then we have stayed in the games arcade where we have had the oppotunity to play more games: motorbikes, star wars, etc...

And even the teacher!

City Center Quiz and late shopping evening.

At 09:00 we have met in the Forum, our meeting point, with the teachers and activity leaders. Catherine and Dan have given the instructions to the students. They had to go in groups of three or four around the city center and answer a list of 26 questions related to some important places there.

And... Off they went, there were prizes for the best teams. Some of the questions were related to the Forum itself. For instance, they had to guess who was the person who openen the Forum in 2002, and, of course, it was Queen Elisabeth
II. There were other questions related to the Castle and to the Cathedral.
The first prize was for the team formed by Paula, Àngels, Laia and Carlota.

The second prize was for Telma, Paula and Yaiza.

After the game, they have had dome free time to have their lunch, just before going to their lessons in the afternoon. Then they have taken the most of the evening as most of the big shops didn't close until 8! The most common names: McDonals and Primark!

Yarmouth

Great Yarmouth, often known to locals as Yarmouth, is a coastal town in Norfolk, England. It is located at the mouth of the River Yare at 30 km east of Norwich.
It has a big beach and two piers.

Then we have walked along the sea promenade and went to play some games, first in one of the piers and then, on the beach.

And look at the beach! What a huge beach with some special attractions for kids.

And some lifeguards:
